Meet the adorable Ares. We picked him up off of CL as being advertised as a wolf. The people that had him took very poor care of him and he was abused by them. Ares needs a home with an experienced Samoyed or Husky adopter ONLY. He has issues that are unique to the breeds that he has drastically improved on however his future parents must be confident, alphas, and capable of handling this breed. He is not aggressive, per say. He does however have aggressive moments that if properly handled are 100% avoidable as he does listen. Ares actually comes with an instruction manual. Being that he was abused he is fearful. He does not approve of his collar being grabbed or his tail. He has resource guarding issues that he is doing great with here with me as he now trust me. This poor boy was beaten and starved so he needs to be re assured he is safe and will not go hungry again. All in all Ares is a remarkable and loving dog. He just needs a patient and loving home and he will thrive and become amazing.

ARES CAN ONLY BE HOMED IN THE LOS ANGELES AREA IN AN ADULT ONLY HOME. NO KIDS, NO GRANDKIDS COMING TO VISIT. HIS HOME MUST ALSO HAVE A FEMALE, LIKE BREED (SAMOYED OR HUSKY) OR NO OTHER PETS. HE DOES DO VERY WELL AT THE DOG PARK THOUGH
