Jackson's Story...
Hi there! My name is Jackson. I am a very handsome gray tuxedo. Just look at my face! Gray tuxedos like me are not very common. I am just about perfect says my foster mom! I am loving, outgoing, playful, confidant, happy, cheerful, curious and I get along with lots of other kittens, cats and 2 big dogs! Every day is like an adventure to me. I love life.

I love to follow my foster mom around the house all day to see what she’s doing and to get her attention. I love to sit in her lap and to have her hold me. I love to nuzzle her face and purr! I am also very playful! You should see me chase a cat teaser! Wow am I fast! And I can chase ping pong balls all day!

I was trapped with my mom and 2 siblings at a business and taken to my foster mom. I had no problems adjusting at all and I have loved every day!

Jackson is neutered, litterbox trained, has received age-appropriate vaccinations, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jackson, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
