Layla's Story...
Hi there! My name is Layla! If you are looking for the sweetest kitten in the world then you have found her because that’s me! I purr the loudest and the easiest of any kitten you can imagine! I love to be held and sit in my foster mom’s lap. As soon as she sits down at the computer, I’m there! I love to sleep with her at night and wake up with her in the morning. As soon as she wakes up I will go and look down at her face so I can start to get my morning petting and that makes her laugh! I follow her around the house all day so I can get her attention and have her pick me up!

I was trapped with my 6 siblings and my mom in a backyard and we were taken to my foster mom’s house where I have lived ever since. I was born about July 31, 2014. So I have lived with lots of other kittens, adult cats and 2 big dogs and I get along with everyone! I love to play with the other kittens and chase all the toys!

Layla is spayed, litterbox trained, has received age-appropriate vaccinations, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Layla, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
