FRENCHY's Story...
Frenchy, Kenickie, and Sandra Dee (our nod to Grease!) are the cutest pups ever! They are lab border collie boxer mixes and are being fostered here in memphis by an amazing family! Can you believe that the ignorant person who was surrendering these PRECIOUS angels brought them into the shelter in a Tupperware container with the lid on??? We were horrified!! And and we took them and put them straight in a kennel in our car before he could surrender them.. They are doing fabulously and are SO sweet! Great with kids and dogs and cats and love to cuddle!! The adoption fee of 425 includes spay/neuter, puppy vaccinations, bordatella vaccination, rabies, deworming, microchipping, heartworm preventative and flea and tick preventative, and also included is transport from memphis to the adopters area once adopted. For an email application on one of these little angels, please email

Why Adoption is a Great Option

FRENCHY, a Chicago Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
