Spikey's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Spikey's Story...
Spikey: 7 month old black & tan male, neutered, docked tail and uncropped ears. 15", 10 lb.

Little Spike is a WONDERful young MinPin who is VERY well behaved and well adjusted. He is housebroken and crate trained. He has plenty of energy but not too much at his young age. He LOVES, LOVES people and goes right to everyone because he's SO happy-go-lucky! He is great with other dogs and wonderful with children who know how to be gentle with small dogs and he's a joy to be around. He is SO affectionate and loves to be loved in return. He is so funny to watch, he will make you laugh. Spikey boy had a wonderful owner who taught him to be a very well adusted, SWEET boy. Unfortunately his young owner passed away unexpectedly and the family could not keep him. Anyone who adopts this boy will be lucky indeed and Spikey will be as well :-)
Note: Spike is located in San Diego, CA

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Spikey, a Oceanside Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Oceanside, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Oceanside.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oceanside already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oceanside breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oceanside paves the way for another one to be saved.
