Spicey Spice has settled into her foster home remarkably well. She was spayed two weeks ago so she’s been light on any activities. But that hasn’t stopped her from new experiences! She’s continued her trips to pet stores for interaction with strangers. Spice even ventured to her foster mom’s work, met a bunch of new people and willingly went to new friends for attention, and of course, to show off her lovely sit/down. Yesterday, Spice visited flyball practice to watch the other dogs and meet more people. With all the chaos of dogs running everywhere, and people coming and going, she did amazingly well and was willing to do some distraction learning with sit/down/eye contact. Though she’s still a little shy, her curiosity and willingness to work are in her favor. And once she gets used to you, you’re a forever friend.
