My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet our sweet little Lady! She was found in the Corridor searching for food because she had delivered 10 puppies just a couple of weeks prior to her rescue. Can you believe this little 22 pound girl could carry 10 puppies? We knew that day our Corridor family was going to be 11 pups larger. Lady took to our volunteers as if she had always known them. She was well aware that they were there to help her. She spent a very short time in boarding and then landed a great foster home.
Lady is potty and crate-trained. She plays well with all dogs, but prefers the ones larger than herself because she plays with vigor. She is about 1-2 years old, but she acts like a puppy and plays like one too. Her favorite activity is to play in the water hose. She could do this for hours on end, which is fun for the kids in her life too. She is a fantastic runner and would be a great running partner for some special person too, but wear your good shoes because she’s super fast.
She’s not all about action though; she is also extremely affectionate and loves her cuddle time on the couch just as much as she loves the water hose. There is a lot of love in this little pint size pup. She’s healthy and happy and would love to spend the rest of her days with in an active household with or without runners, dogs, and/or kids. To adopt Lady, please go to www.corridorrescue.org and submit an adoption application online. Lady currently lives in Houston. Lady's adoption fee is $150. There is a $225 additional fee if she will be traveling to Portland or Seattle which covers the airline fee, travel crate, and health certificate. Corridor Rescue has the very fortunate ability to transport dogs to other states via the United Airlines PetSafe program. We have worked out a very cost effective way to transport these lucky dogs to their new homes. If you have any questions please email corridorrescueadopt@gmail.com Thank you!
