My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB August 1, 2013.

Pretty Boo spends her time batting her balls and wine corks around. She truly loves to play footsie with her foster family, and rolling a ball back and forth. The only thing she likes better is to get her fosters to flick her ribbon around for her to pounce upon. She's a chatty girl, especially when she has decided it's time for food or playtime. She is able to communicate her needs and has been known to pick up a sock and bring it to her foster mom when she feels play time is not being properly observed.

Boo can be timid at first, and will skitter out of the room if she's uncomfortable or not in the mood to be approached, but more often than not, she likes to lay where the action is. She's soft as silk and makes good use of her litter box. She is not at all aggressive and will not bite or scratch even when she's getting an annoying manicure. She can be picked up if needs be, but prefers to be on her own four feet. She will rub herself against her humans and not just because they have food in their hands.

Her ideal adopters have to willing to give her time to come out her shell. Someone experienced with cat socialization, who is looking for a loyal friend is be ideal. Adults and older cat experienced children suit her temperament. She may even like a cat friend, though she is a lone cat in her foster home. At night she will call out for a playmate, if her fosters forget to play with her before bed, though she quietens down quickly if she gets no reply. Perhaps a friend to keep her company in a space where she can run would help Boo feel more at home.

Boo came to her foster family with five kittens in tow who have all been adopted, and now it is turn to meet her forever family. Boo is a delightful, fluffy, fun-loving cat hoping you will take a chance on her!
