Higgins is a little bundle of joy is about 4 months old and weights in at about 3 pounds. Rescued from a hoarder situation and a house fire this chihuahua mix is ready for a loving forever home. He loves to cuddle and play. Higgins (also called peanut...since he is so little and cute) is working hard on potty training. He gets along with other dogs and has a great temperament.
