Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Phoebe Born 5/10/14
Female Brown Arrowhead Spotted Bengal
Phoebe and her brother came to us at three weeks old. They were dropped off at the shelter and the shelter contacted us for help. We don't know the circumstances as to why three Bengal kittens were surrendered; all we know is they were very much in distress and needed expert care.
Phoebe was fortunately taken in by a veterinary technician who was able to give her the supportive care she needed. She thrived and developed into a healthy, active Bengal kitten. She is a small girl, weighing in at 5.4 lbs at six months of age, so she will always be a small cat.
Phoebe is extremely playful. There is not a spot in the house that she considers "off limits." She really likes to watch you cook, so be prepared to have her on the counter watching to make sure all the ingredients are put into your recipe. She loves toys that she can chase or bat around. In fact, she loves anything that moves. She is not a lap cat but occasionally will come on your lap for a nap. Like most Bengals she hates to be picked up. She does like to sleep on the bed during the night.
Phoebe needs to live in a home where there will be another playful cat that she can bond and play with. Like most kittens, she requires a furry companion to keep up with her and wrestle and tumble. She cannot go to a home where there are young children.
Phoebe has no interest in eating kibble. She likes only wet food so her new owner needs to provide her with a high quality wet food. In fact, mealtime is her favorite time of day.
She is fostered in Davis, CA
She will come to you spayed, microchipped, tested, and fully vaccinated. Full adoption fee of $175 applies.
