Anybody looking for a great little dog to add to their family. If so, then SAY HELLO TO ASTRO!
Astro is a 4yr old female Corgi/Beagle mix. She is spayed, UTD on all her vaccinations, HW negative, house trained, and in need of new humans. ASTRO IS A GREAT DOG and for the last four years she has had a really great owner. However.....her current owners life and job is changing and she has to travel frequently now which means Astro is having to spend way to much time alone or being boarded. Her owner loves her very much but is noticing that her constant absence is taking its toll on Astro and she doesnt want her to be so lonely all the time. She made it clear that taking her to a shelter is not an option, she wants to know where and with who Astro will be going and that she will be safe and loved. (Adda girl, makes me so happy to hear that).
Astro is a fun and social young lady. She enjoys being with people, does just fine with kids and other dogs. She is curious about cats, so would probably do best with a cat that is already dog savy. She enjoys walks and playing at the dog park. She does great in the house when free to roam but doesnt really like being crated.
Astro would probably really enjoy a home with either an older person or couple who is home most of the time and will just dote on her, or a family with kids who will give her plenty of stimulation and companionship, or even a guy who needs a travel buddy who likes having a really cute girl riding shotgun. Astro just really doesnt want to be lonely anymore.
There is no rehoming fee and Astro will come with her travel carrier, bowls, leashes, and current supply of Heartguard & Frontline. HOWEVER to ensure she goes only to a safe and loving home or human, dont be offended or suprised when asked to answer a few basic questions and provide a vet refrence. Dog flippers, & lawn ornamant owners please don't bother, I will quickly weed you out. Astro is a GOOD GIRL and will only go to a GOOD HOME.
