This little boy is all fun energy and all puppy love. He has that one cool as ice blue eye. All the better to watch your every move and not miss an opportunity to play. He is good on leash and has social skills with other dogs. Rags is a small boy that we found at the Downey shelter. He has a lot of growing, learning and life ahead of him and will make a fantastic addition to any home.
