Major is a senior dark black & tan male housedog that has been raised with young kids.
This is from his family
Hi, I am in search for a loving home for our german shepherd. His name is Major and he is an amazing dog and family member. He lives with kids from 3 to 16, we got him as a puppy and he has always had everything he has needed. He is neutered, on flea meds as needed
We are faced with a situation and can no longer afford to take care of him. Please help us find him a home.
He is a great dog, his only flaw is cats, other than that he loves other dogs and children, ours are 3 to 16. Major is 9 years old and we got him from a couple that owned mom and dad and breed with no papers on the parents. He is neutered, great on a leash and in public but is not the biggest fan of car rides because he knows what it means (Doctor visits). He doesn't like lightning storms.
If you are interested in adopting a new family member from our organization, please complete the online adoption application . Our adoption fee of $150 to $350 is based on each dog and it's needs. Senior dogs and special need dogs are $150. Puppies 12 months and younger are $400. The adoption fee helps cover expenses for all the dogs while in the rescue program including the vet check, microchip, vaccines, heartworm testing, stool check, spay/neuter plus other necessary veterinary care with medications and training to get the dog ready for adoption. Everyone must submit an application before an appointment is made to come and meet the dogs. We work BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
