Peanut is a 1-year-old tan Shorthaired Chihuahua mix puppy who was originally rescued from a high intake animal shelter and then rescued from a hoarding situation soon after. Despite his checkered past, Peanut is ready to love up on a new owner! This loving little boy enjoys laying next to you and snuggling with a few kisses thrown in for good measure! Peanut has shown an affectionate loyalty for his foster mom that is sure to carry over to his new adoptive parent(s). Peanut enjoys the company of little dogs - he is currently being fostered with FOUR other little four-legged brothers and sisters and he enjoys all of their company! Peanut's favourite thing to do is play: he has an addiction to doggie toys! So far, Peanut is an expert on a leash. Ideally, Peanut would thrive in a home with a big backyard he can explore in to do his business. So far, he is potty trained with training pads. Peanut is neutered, up to dates on shots and rabies, and microchipped.
