Jericho's Story...
Hi! My name is Jericho. I'm an 11 month old Rottweiler/Labrador cross. I have been neutered, micro-chipped, de-wormed and received two sets of vaccinations. I will still require a rabies vaccine after I am adopted.

I am a pretty chill guy that likes to sniff around, and get to know my surroundings. Once I do get to sniff around, and figure out where I am, I open up and love to play and have my back and tummy scratched. I really love treats too, so it's a good idea to always have some on hand when you take me home as I will doing almost anything for a tasty snack. I would prefer a home with older children as little ones may be just too fast paced for me. I do enjoy the company of other dogs though, but if you have another dog, I'd like to meet them first before you take me home. I hope you come to see me soon!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jericho, a Lloydminster Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever for sale in Lloydminster, or seeking a Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Lloydminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lloydminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lloydminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lloydminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
