PCHS would like to introduce you to Wilbur! This fine young man big on affection and playtime alike. He's full of character, personality, and confidence. Wilbur gets along fine with kids and other animals of all shapes and sizes, but is at his happiest when he was a nice, warm lap to snuggle up on. If you're looking for a small, sweet lap dog who will never leave your side... AND is small enough to get away with it, Wilbur is SOME CHIHUAHUA!
