found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Here are answers to come questions that we have been receiving:
The puppies are not purebred. We are not sure of the mix but expect them to be roughly the same size as the mom when full grown, which is about 15 lbs.
Since they are not purebred, the puppies are not guaranteed to be hypo-allergenic. However, they likely will not shed much and should be better tolerated with those sensitive to dog fur. We do not know what the breed mix is. The puppies looks mostly Poodle.
The puppies are currently about 8 weeks old.
The adoption fee for each puppy is $400 and includes their spay or neuter once they turn 5–6 months old. This will be done at the rescue's vet on the rescue's account. If you do not live within commuting distance of the rescue, you may choose to have your puppy spayed or neutered at your own vet at your own expense. The reduction in the adoption fee would be $100 and you will be required to furnish proof of spay or neuter by the time the puppy turns 7 months old.
The mother Eeyore's adoption fee is $350 and she will be spayed roughly 2 months from this date, to give her time to recover from nursing.
We do not dock tails, crop ears, or remove dew claws on our puppies or dogs.
Remaining rounds of first year vaccines and rabies vaccine (also done at 5–6 months) will be done at the rescue's vet on the rescue's account. If you do not live within commuting distance of Seattle, you may elect to have the remaining vaccines done at your own vet but there is no discount.
An adoption application form is attached to this email. Filling that out, along with sending pictures of your yard/outdoor area if you have one, and the main room(s) where your new pet would be living, are the first steps to adopt. An approved application is required to adopt these puppies. You will be able to select your puppy in the order approved.
