My name is Bugsy! I was out wondering and seeking attention from anyone I could find. Next thing I knew I was following a lady and walked right into the shelter with her!

I get extremely nervous and unsure around new people. It even took me awhile to warm up to the staff! Now they get to see my loving/goofy side of me! I will need an owner who is experienced and can give me much needed TLC. The need to understand such a big loud shelter and shock a little girl like me, so I shut down and get scared. Once My true colors show, I run around like a pup and run straight into your lap! I give kisses like it's going out of style!

So if you can give a little girl the time and love she needs to blossom, then consider helping me out with a new home!
