Herbert is an extremely friendly, people social, and outgoing cat.
He has beautiful smokey coloration.
He likes to be in your lap, near you, sleeping on your bed with you, playing with you, and engaged with you as much as possible. He loves snuggling, playing, and other cats. He is not jealous aggressive or mean in any way.
He likes to sleep in a pile with either the other cats or with you. Herbert deserves a terrific forever home that can give him a lot of attention and love. Herbert is being fostered in Philadelphia and is neutered, current with vaccinations, and is excellent with the potty.
