If you are interested in adopting this pet through our rescue organization, please go to the Adopting A Friend section to read about our pre-adoption policies and vetting protocols. Shop for custom calendars, mugs and T-shirts at our Cafe Press fundraising website and choose merchandise featuring Pointers, Setters, Hunting Dogs or Friendly Mutts. Here is Gretel's Facebook Photo Album< /a> that shows her progress in foster care the past 3 years. It took a village to help her recover-- but she is ready for her forever home. Gretel is about 3 years old now and she is so so so sweet with people- so cuddily and affectionate. I think the best situation for her would be with a family with Pit Bull experience and she would do well with a confident dog to show her the ropes. She can chase cats- but she won't hurt them. She really is starved for attention and has so much love to give. Look at her precious face in her video.
December 2014: Hansel and Gretel look to be Pit mixes and were in danger of being put to sleep in an over crowded shelter in Franklin, GA. They are now both safe in temporary foster care in Cincinnati an we would like to find them new foster homes or foster to adopt homes. They are very sweet, cuddly and playful.
If you would like to help, please click HERE to submit a foster to adopt home application. We are also accepting donations for his care at HELP IBR!< /a>
