Archer 'Offered by Owner' Spectacularly Friendly's Story...
I recently took in a cat abandoned by its owner, and I'm trying to get it adopted. It's friendly, the owner (before he took off) reported it as up-to-date on its shots and neutered, and he's pretty darn cute. See photo. The cat is friendly. He is comfortable around people, including strangers, and lets himself be pet. He rather loves it; he'll jump up to a desk for petting, or rub up against one's legs until they give it attention. He's small, maybe six pounds, and three years old, it's unlikely he'll get any bigger. His previous owner described him as the runt of the litter. I don't use the term lightly, but he's a cuddle-bug. The Adoption fee is $120 for kittens ($200 for two to the same home) $60 for adult cats. The adoption fee Includes spay/neuter, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines, vet exam and free 30-day insurance offer. Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.
