Magic's Story...
Sweet Magic has a dense coat that isn't short and isn't truly medium in length. She has an almost identical sister in Magic and they love to play and rough-house together. A little shy at first meeting she will love another cat or friendly dog to pal around with when you are at work. She might be a tiny bit independent at first but she is learning to like the feel of petting and has a great purr! She is great at laser games and thinks a fabric wand is a snake for SURE as she thumps on it and drags it around the house. Come visit her at PetPros this Saturday in Hillsboro and also call to see her at her foster home. She will not be outgoing with small or active children so perhaps a quieter home with gentle voices will bring out her cute purr. The Adoption fee is $120 for kittens ($200 for two to the same home) $60 for adult cats. The adoption fee Includes spay/neuter, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines, vet exam and free 30-day insurance offer. Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Magic, a HILLSBORO Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in HILLSBORO, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in HILLSBORO.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in HILLSBORO already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a HILLSBORO breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in HILLSBORO paves the way for another one to be saved.
