Abby & Amy: THE 'A' GIRLS's Story...
THAT'S “A” FOR AWESOME! These gals are a very delightful bonded duo who give enormous amounts of love, affection, & entertainment. Their favorite things (besides you & each other) are catnip toys, laser, cat tunnel, ball-in-a-track, games of chase, AND birdwatching out a great window with a view... A warm lap & comfy place to nap are great, too! PLUS they like to keep tabs on what is happening & will tell you all about it. They are about 10 months old & would be a great addition to any home. Abby is white & black, Amy is all black; both have short hair with a soft, thick, silky coat. Each enjoy special times with their humans – Amy being a little more “cuddly”, Abby being a little more “tag-a-long”. Litter box & scratching manners are good. Have had some experience with a small dog and children. Will be spayed on 2/26/13. Adoption fee is $95 for kittens and $50 for adult cats. Includes spay/neuter, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines, vet exam and free 30-day insurance offer. Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abby & Amy: THE 'A' GIRLS, a HILLSBORO Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in HILLSBORO, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in HILLSBORO.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in HILLSBORO already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a HILLSBORO breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in HILLSBORO paves the way for another one to be saved.
