Frankie is a 2 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier/Australian ShepherdMix with stunning eyes and a kooky personality!

Frankie was turned into Maricopa County Animal Care & Control as a stray. She was placed on the euthanasia list for being fearful. We went to rescue her and couldn't leave her kennelmate behind, an older Chow mix. Frankie was extremely wary of us at first but her personality exploded as soon as we got her out of County! She is a very high energy girl that would be the perfect match with an active family. We see her as the PERFECT hiking companion! She is very people oriented and will look to you to lead her! She is eager to please and super smart, responding well to training. Frankie has a dominant personality and gets along fine with other dogs but would love to have all of the attention focused on her! She would do best in a home without cats and with older children if at all.

Frankie is spayed, current on Rabies, 4-1 and Bordatella vaccines and is microchipped. Her adoption fee is $100.

About Saving Animals In Limbo Rescue (SAIL Rescue)

About Our Rescue Group...

The goal of Saving Animals In Limbo is to rescue animals and provide whatever care each individual animal needs to be a successful member of a loving family. From medical attention to proper training, rehabilitation is the key to finding these lovely animals their forever homes.

Before getting involved in euthanasia list rescue, Casey and her husband John had already rescued numerous dogs and cats, as well as TNR'ed countless feral cats in Downtown Phoenix. Strays that had been tied up in parks or found roaming the streets, litters of kittens born to feral mothers, sick ferals that literally came to them for help. Whatever they could do to help any animal that crossed their path.

In February of 2013, Casey and John saw their first photo of a dog on the euthanasia list at Maricopa County Animal Care & Control. From that moment forward, they were incapable of looking the other way. Since February, Casey and John have self-funded the rescue of over 150 dogs and cats. They plan to save many more!
