Meet sweet little Maggie Mae, a tiny three year old shepherd mix. Maggie is a wonderful girl, weighing about 37 pounds and she is one of the happiest dogs we have had the pleasure of fostering! Maggie loves everyone that she meets, kids and adults alike. She is fine with other dogs, although she is a bit timid when first greeting them.
Maggie has an energy level to fit everyone. She loves to play and go for walks, but if you sit down on the couch she will relax with you for hours. She loves to snuggle and thinks she is a lap dog, and if you let her (we do!) she will snuggle next to you in bed at night. She is not a barker, unless she sees her foster siblings roughhousing, and she has a gentle disposition that makes her stand out from many others. Maggie likes to play with squeaky toys and tennis balls. She is not a picky eater, and she could use some extra food until she fattens up a bit.
Maggie is spayed, up to date on all her shots, microchipped, heartworm negative, and fully housetrained. She has the run of the house while her foster family is at work during the day and she is perfectly behaved. Maggie Mae would be a great addition to any household. If you are looking for a sweet family dog that will adore you forever, please fill out an application today.
