My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brownie has just returned from 12 week of training at the Grafton Correctional Institute and is now a proud Prison Graduate. He has been trained in basic commands, obedience, manners and proper leash walking. Adopt him now while his training is fresh. Better hurry, Prison Grads don't last long.

Brownie is a 3 year old friendly Chocolate Lab mix. He was surrendered to Friendship as a humane case and had a severe case of fleas that caused a lot of fur loss on his body. This poor boy was also very thin and undernourished. Brownie has been on the mend and is now being trained to be the best dog he can be. Sweet Brownie has not lost his trust in people. He's an active lovable lab that would love to finally know what it's like to be in a loving home. He really is a great dog and likes other dogs! Brownie is back and ready for his new home! He's trained and ready to show his new family all his new skills. Please stop by soon for Brownie. (These photos were taken before Brownie went for training. He's much more handsome now)

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
