Stella Roo's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Stella Roo's Story...
*We will only adopt within a 60 mile radius of Chicago, IL*

The adoption fee for this dog is $295.00
Our adoption fee includes: neuter/spay, age appropriate shots, microchipping, and any other medical care this dog may need while with us.

This is Stella Roo. She is about 6 months old and is a super cute pittie mix. She is a very energetic puppy that loves her doggie foster brothers! She is currently being fostered in a home with a large and small dog and a couple cats.

This poor girl was kept in a crate without much human contact until she was about 3 months old. Because of the way she was treated, she is nervous around new people and situations. But, when she warms up to you be prepared for endless kisses!! She's a real lover!
Stella is potty trained and she's knows how to sit. She's working on stay and other basic commands.

She gets along with her foster brother, a 1 year old Chihuahua/Cairn terrier mix
Her other foster brother is a 4 year old pit/lab mix, they tolerate each other.
She's okay with cats.
She loves to play fetch.

Stella would love an understanding yet consistent family of her own!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stella Roo, a Calumet City Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Calumet City, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Calumet City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Calumet City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Calumet City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Calumet City paves the way for another one to be saved.
