My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hobbit is a very sweet schnauzer mix, he is approx 2-3 yrs old and 26 lbs. He was just a stray found living under old cars at the end of a dead end street. Life had not been kind to this darling dog. Someone or something, per the eye vet, had poked a hole in one of his eyes. He has no sight in that eye, luckily the other one is fine and he can see perfectly. It doesn’t seem to bother him and he just goes with the flow. He was treated for low positive for heart worms and has also been started on a monthly preventative.

This is just one of the nicest dogs you will ever meet. Quiet and well behaved, he knows how to sit, he gets along with the other rescues, loves to hang out in his dog bed with his buddies, seems to be quite well house and leash trained. He is just a true joy to have around - he is a really nice boy with a really sweet disposition...a great companion.
