My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

REBA

Age: 9 Yrs; Weight: 16 lbs; Good with dogs: unknown; Good with cats: unknown; Good with children: No; House trained: Learning; Crate trained: Learning; Adoption Fee: $150.00; Special Needs: Some hearing loss.

Reba is a beautiful senior girl. She has a stunning black and white face with no sign of grey. Although we don’t know what her background was we have learned some things since she arrived in foster care.

Reba is a very sweet girl but she seems to have a problem with being picked up or touched at certain times. Sometimes she is fine but other times she will cry and nip. We are addressing this with her vet to see if it is due to something physical. She can be reactionary (with a nip) when a touch is initiated if she is not expecting it. Reba would not be good with children. She would most likely be frightened by quick motions and noises.

Reba would be a great dog for an older person or couple. She would be best as an only dog and should not be around young children.

If you think this delicate senior lady could fit into your home and your lifestyle, please fill out an adoption application. She would love to be the “pampered pup” in your home.
