My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name’s Lucki and I’m a lucky dog! I got rescued from a shelter after I turned up as a stray. I was microchipped, so they called my owner, but he’d given me away to somebody else, and I guess nobody cared about me enough to come and get me. How could that be? Foster mom says I’m the perfect little beagle girl.
I’m totally housetrained, and good with run of the house. I’ve only been naughty a couple times…once foster mom left chocolate in her purse so I got it down off the edge of the counter, unzipped it, and helped myself! She wasn’t happy, but it was worth it – yum!
Like my foster sister Honey, I love to sit on laps and could do it for hours. I like to sleep in the big bed, and always go under the covers. There’s a quilt on the couch that foster mom put there just for me. There’s even a picture of my nose under it – can you find it?
Honey and I have become pretty tight. You see, there’s a resident female beagle here who’s twice our size and she can be ferocious. So Honey and I stick together. We’d like to stay together if you’re in need of two cute-as-button beagles. Check out her info, too! We’d love to find forever families who will love us and take care of us and let us share their lives. It doesn’t get any better than that!
