Kai's Story...
KAI is a super sweet ~2 year old male miniature australian shepherd. Kai is only around 20lbs full grown, so he's a small guy! He's sweet, but is just a tad shy at first. He warms up quick and is quickly leaping up to you to give kisses! Kai likes to go for walks and is good with other dogs.

Kai is neutered, up to date on routine vaccinations, hearworm negative and has been started on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. He is also microchipped and is house and crate trained.

Our $300 adoption donation is required and you will be required to sign our adoption contract. If you're interested in adopting Kai, please visit our WEBSITE to view our adoption policies and download our ADOPTION APPLICATION . Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kai, a Garland Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd for sale in Garland, or seeking a Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Garland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Garland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Garland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Garland paves the way for another one to be saved.
