My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Goofy, fun-loving and playful is how I describe myself. Oh wait, and handsome! My name is Diesel and I’m 6 months old. My previous family surrendered me to the rescue when I was just 12 weeks old. They went their separate ways and there was no place for me. I’m happy that they brought me here, because I’ve had the opportunity to learn so much. I’d say I’m off to a good start and I’m thankful for that! Oh yeah, did I mention that I’m intelligent too, my foster mom told me so, and she’s a smart cookie! Yep, I completed an 8 week basic obedience class, breezed right through it! Let’s see, my hobbies include, but not limited to (because I like to try new things); walking and jogging (I’m easy on the leash and have a nice gait, so I’ve been told); playing and romping around the yard with other canines; sunbathing and hanging out with my human friends. Okay, enough about me. Now here’s what I’m looking for… I’d like to find someone who is loyal and not afraid of commitment. Someone who is open-minded and willing to learn new things (the mind is a terrible thing to waste). Someone who is energetic and likes to go for walks (exercise is a great stress release).
