January 20, 2015 Update:

Summer is doing great with the dogs in her foster home. Every morning we all go outside and she loves to run around the yard. She is a sweet loving girl who knows a few commands, like sit, shake, come, down and stay. She responds well to treats and really enjoys attention of any kind, belly rubs, ear rubs, etc. Any family that adopts this sweet girl is going to be very lucky and very loved by her. We are recommending no smaller children for Summer at this point simply because she is so big and could knock young ones over easily.

December 15, 2014 Update:

Summer is new to MARR and has been settling into her new foster home. Her owner recently passed away so she is so confused! She is a big girl who could stand to lose a few pounds, but playing with her new foster brothers and sisters will definitely help with that. Summer knows sit, down and shake and is a very calm dog that is just hopeful for a new family to start over with.
