My story

Leo is an adorable 1 year old Yorkshire Terrier. He weighs 8 lbs. Leo has a beautiful silvery coat and an affectionate disposition. He really likes to be with people, although he is also good with both cats and dogs. He would be ideal for a person who is home a lot or wants to take their dog with him.

Leo's non-refundable adoption fee is $300. All dogs are fully vetted, microchipped, spayed or neutered and up to date with vaccinations. He is currently in a foster family in Long Beach. The application is the first step before we can schedule a meet and greet.

Our adoption process looks like this:

1. Adoption application review by WHDR board
2. Adoption application approval
3. Meet and greet
4. Home safety check
5. Final approval and adoption finalized
