My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Al is such a handsome boy - a blue-gray-silver shorthaired kitty with a shiny, clean coat and sparkling bright eyes. He's a litter box-trained, neutered male who is 10 months to 1 year old. Al is a very friendly and affectionate cat. He loves to play with toys and he enjoys playing with other cats. His favorite toys are the furry mouse, small balls and long feathers. Al is high energy, and loves to run, jump and play with toys. He sometimes plays rough and gives love bites, as a kitten would when playing with another kitten. Al enjoys being held and will jump on your lap to snuggle. At the end of the day he likes to sprawl out on top of the couch and look out the window. Al is a people-cat and likes to be around people. He’ll follow you around the house just to have some company. Al is full of personality and character. He'll make you laugh and keep you smiling. Al deserves a lifelong, loving home where he'll be adored and spoiled for life. He was found outside and no one ever claimed him. Show him what forever means. Email pawsforliferescue@comcast.net to meet Sweetheart Al. Adoption fee: $55

Adoption Process:
Send an email to pawsforliferescue@comcast.net to tell us which pet you're interested in and we'll send you a questionnaire that will help us make the best match for you and your new pet. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the two-week trial run with the pet as part of your family. This is a trial period to give your dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the trial time and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then you sign the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee.
