Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Abandoned to the streets of Philadelphia, little17 lb Noel was left to fend for herself. This must have been very difficult for her to do because by the time a good Samaritan scooped her off the street and took her to animal control, her mouth was so infected she could neither eat or drink. Would she have survived the streets, probably not but that is all behind her now! We don’t know her story, we don’t know how her ear was torn up or how her tail was broken but what we DO know is that Noel is the epitome of forgiveness. Noel’s does not hold grudges, her very, very favorite thing to do is cuddle with you and give very gentle little kisses. She also loves to go for walks or hang out in the yard with you. She lives happily with other dogs of all sizes and with cats. She would absolutely love it if you worked from home or are retired and can spend time with her or take her to new and exciting places Noel will be having a spa day Dec 27th and will be looking fabulous although we think she is cute as a button just as she is. Noel’s days on the streets are over; she is now healthy and happy and wants nothing more than her very own family to love her and keep her safe. Is that you?
