Leroy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, not good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Leroy's Story...
Leroy is definately a go-getter!!! His D.O.B. is 12/05/09. He loves to play ball, knows some of his commands, and rides well in a car. Leroy would do best in an adult household or in a home with much older kids. To young of children are not Leroy's cup of tea. He will need an owner who likes to go for walks or runs and someone who will play in the yard with him. He is working on his lead training. He likes to pull sometimes, so this is something the staff at MAS are currently working on.

Meet Your Match Canineality color is: Green Go-Getter.
For safety's sake, we are looking for homes with physical fenced in areas.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Leroy, a Lake Odessa Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Lake Odessa, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Lake Odessa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lake Odessa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lake Odessa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lake Odessa paves the way for another one to be saved.
