Tundra is one of a litter of six puppies. One of those “oops” litters; Mom was not sterilized and neither was Dad. Lo and behold, 60 days later six adorable little creatures are born. Although a puppy can’t help bring a smile to our face; sadly, for every puppy born that means one less dog finds a home. People without foresight are responsible for bringing more puppies into a world where there are not enough good, committed homes. Tundra and his littermates will all be sterilized before going to their furever homes. They will not be responsible for any homeless puppies.... it just has to stop! Tundra’s Mom is a Husky and Dad is a Border Collie. These are two active breeds; no doubt they will require lots of exercise in their adolescence and adulthood. Puppy classes and basic obedience training should definitely be in Tundra’s future in order for him to be a good canine citizen. It is essential that Tundra and his littermates are in a home where they are not alone all day. The puppies should experience exposure to people and everyday sights and sounds. They need supervision, socialization, and frequent potty breaks. They are full of puppy exuberance and wet kisses. If you want to help a puppy grow up to be a good dog, please consider adopting Tundra or one of his littermates. The first step would be to fill in the Adoption Form.
