Tootsie is a low maintenance kind of lady. All she wants to do is sunbathe on the deck and then chill out with her foster mom, enjoying a good movie and some cuddling.
Tootsie is fully vetted, crate trained, house trained and heartworm free. She is not a barker. She loves all humans that she meets. She is friendly to other dogs but she does not like to share her toys.
