Hayley's Story...
Meet Hayley everyone! Hayley is a gorgeous red smooth dachshund who is 5 years old. Her human became homeless due to some very unfortunate circumstances. Through some very caring people, she came to Sophia's Grace Foundation and we are getting her spayed and vetted and then she will be available. She is a shy girl with other dogs at first, but she is growing to like them. She is a very loving dog, but she isn't an in your face kind of girl. She does wonderful in the crate and is completely housebroken. If you are interested in this precious peanut, please fill out our adoption application on our website at www.sophiasgracefoundation.org. Hayley is currently being fostered in Pittsburgh, PA.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hayley, a Coatesville Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Coatesville, or seeking a Dachshund dog from a breeder in Coatesville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Coatesville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Coatesville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Coatesville paves the way for another one to be saved.
