Have you been looking for that perfect bundle of energy; a little furry friend to cuddle with, and warm your heart on these cold winter nights? How about this little package of fluff named Kristoff? He has a beautiful thick coat of gold, very soft to the touch, and only weighs five pounds. Kristoff was born in June, 2014 and is a loving little boy with lots of puppy energy who just wants to be your friend and be by your side. Sadly, his owner was transferred out of state and she wasn’t able to take Kristoff with her.
Kristoff is a happy little guy, loves the outdoors, enjoys long walks and romps in the yard. If he finds a pair of your old shoes, don’t be surprised if you find him curled up sleeping on them. Kristoff currently lives with his three foster sisters and has had much exposure to other dogs, becoming well socialized. Kristoff is working very hard at his “potty training” routine and is making good progress, but his new family will need to continue helping him learn about going outside.
Kristoff would be very happy in a home with another small dog for companionship, but would also do nicely as an only dog. Older, respectful children would be okay and he would really be happy if someone was home most of the day. Kristoff’s foster mom would like his new family to live in the Twin Cities area so she can visit him once in a while. She also would like Kristoff’s new family to attend our Shih Tzu Rescue Reunion which is held each year on the third weekend in June.
Kristoff is healthy, neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. His adoption fee is $420.00 plus sales tax.
