Hi, I am Bell! My 2 siblings and I were found in an empty lot.
I am shy but I am coming out of my shell with patience and love from my foster family. I just needed to be exposed to new situations. I love to play with other dogs and I am very submissive. I have been exposed to cats and do well with them.
I need a home with a fenced in yard and another dog. I may be a little shy but I am very affectionate once I trust you.
