Phoenix's Story...
This is Phoenix he and buddy got turned in to animal control. He is three years old and is full blooded. The dogs at the shelter could be housebroken, and good with cats; it's just something they don't know because they are kept in cages and separated from cats. We find that many we take and foster are already housebroken, and good with other animals or learn quickly to be. The shelter is at 650 John Howell Memorial Drive ,(off Wilma Sigmon Rd) in Lincolnton. It is newly remodeled too. Hours of operation for adopting are 11 to 4:30 , Mon-sat. Ph: 704 736 4125. you can adopt the same day and the dog then goes to the vet to be spayed or neutered and you pick up at the vets. For only 85.00 you get the spay or neuter, rabies vaccines, disease preventative vaccination a worming, a microchip and even 30 days of free pet health insurance. Their lives depend upon your adoption. Thank you for looking.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Phoenix, a Lincolnton Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Lincolnton, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Lincolnton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolnton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolnton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolnton paves the way for another one to be saved.
