My story

As the name implies, Happy is a sweet, happy dog. He is just a lovable teddy bear and is somewhat of a lap dog. Happy seems to even dance "ballroom style" when with one of the staff or volunteers. He is hoping to charm himself into a warm, loving home. Happy is so hoping 2015 is a good year for him in a new home with a loving family.
