Elsa's Story...
Aerodynamic Elsa: friendly, purrrty, and soft! “My foster mom saved us from the cold weather, but she says my tail is a bit shorter because of frost-bite. I think it enhances my looks along with my soft, medium-length fur. Playing with my four brothers, chasing toys and purring for my human family are my favorite past-times. Listen, winter is here and my special, warm, cozy self is ready for your lap! Come and meet me and see if we can be forever friends!” Elsa is a female, born approximately October 12, 2014 and has been vet checked, spayed, vaccinated (age appropriate), de-wormed, and tested negative for FIV/Feluk. Call 507-451-3132 to meet Elsa in her foster home. Her adoption fee is $150. (A&TD)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Elsa, a Owatonna Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Owatonna, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Owatonna.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Owatonna already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Owatonna breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Owatonna paves the way for another one to be saved.
