Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This little girl is a one year old dachshund mix. She weighs about 16 lbs. This sweet girl is very timid and shy to the point but is warming up by the day. head up. She loves being petted and held. She seems to enjoy bathtime. She has some separation anxiety and wants her foster in sight at all times. She needs close attention on her walks because she has slipped her collar on and taken off running. Elsa is becoming more comfortable in her foster home. She played fetch with a small toy and chase with her foster's other dog. She even gets along with cats. Elsa sleeps in her crate at night with the crate door open in a room by herself. She is routinely taken out to the grass. Her appetite has been small and she is getting encouragement to eat. Overall, she is transforming positively and becoming less shy. Her tail is still tucked between her back legs and occasionally she'll let loose and wag her tail with excitement. She barked briefly when the other dog was barking. Are you ready to open your heart and home to this little girl?
