Poor Joe was an outside dog before he came to HFE and was heartworm positive. Now this lucky guy is living the life in his foster home! He lives with other dogs of all sizes and does well with them. He loves to be with people and is finally getting the attention and love he deserves. Joe weighs about 75 pounds.
