Baja's Story...
http://www.valleydogs.org/baja.html

Hello my name is Baja. I am a very VERY friendly little boy. I just love people, dogs, kids, heck anything.

I even like cats and ferrets. One of my best friends is a ferret. We play chase (well he hides and peeks his head out from under the end of the couch. By the time I get there he is at the other end and back I go.).

I just LOVE children of all ages. I am a little shy of men but warm quickly.

Being just 11 months I still need leadership and some basic training. I can be protective of the family. Just doing my job. So, I need and really want an alpha human to follow.

Come check me out. I am beautiful. Blue, Tan, White and Black.

Wouldn’t you like to meet me? If so, please complete an adoption interest form and email mwest@valleydogs.org

Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog/American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog/American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog/American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog/American Pit Bull Terrier rescue.
