My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

see adoption process at
www.sadt.info
Willow is about 4-5 years young about 35 pounds slender but healthy girl, she's curious to meet and love you specially if you have yummy treats
Gentle little girl, perhaps best as an only dog so she can be your special friend.  She does very well 1:1 with women.
Quiet country or suburban setting without alot of visitors, never exposed to children as she has never been around kids so if you have a visiting child educate the child and put Willow in a crate
A older calm child will be fine to be around after right intro but no small screaming kids that would scare her
She has lived a very quiet life and looking for same

If you are looking for a soulful loving kindhearted girl and have what it takes please apply

She has successfully lived with many dogs, however has had some challenges with the elderly male in the group but fine with all others

Once bonded and trusts her new Mom, she will practice walking, park walks, hiking trails that's over time once settled and bonded

this is NOT a dog you take to a park on the weekend with kids, bikes, dogs, strollers ever but a quiet nature walk without tons of people or best yet living in the country or outskirts of city with a home body person

We will help you with our experience and advice for the rest of Willows life
You will be able to speak with foster mom before hand and once fully approved as well as stay in close contact specially until Willow is settled in

Please be willing to work with a shy dog and utilize the many resources out there as well as our advice and have experience with a submissive shy dog NOT a fear biter

She is a kind gentle little girl who will win your heart as she has mine.

depending how far you live from Redding foster mom may be willing to drive as far as SAC or meet half way but only for fully approved matching new mom
Willow lived with a single woman the last few years she can live with a couple if hubby is a super loving dog whisperer as Willow met my hubby and actually seemed kind of interested she liked him but all dogs do so if you have a hubby like that she would eventually love him too

adoption fee, references, fenced yard, home visit, someone home during the day
