Cali's Story...
THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING. If you are interested in adopting this kitten, please contact Melody.
This kitten was removed from the shelter with her mommy and siblings, so they could be fostered in a safe and calm home.
CALI is about 6 months old. She is already spayed, up to date with all vaccines, and definitely house trained!
CALI is an active kitten that loves play time, attention, and other cats. Call her over and she'll come running with lots of meowing and purring, if she hasn't already showed up asking for some love. This cuddle buddy needs a loving forever home.
Her brother and sister are now in loving homes. Would you be able to give this loving kitten a furever home? She is very bonded with her mother and she would be very happy if someone has room for the both of them.
This kitten is currently being fostered in Miami, FL.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cali, a Weeki Wachee American Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Shorthair for sale in Weeki Wachee, or seeking a American Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Weeki Wachee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Weeki Wachee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Weeki Wachee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Shorthair breeders who help with American Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Weeki Wachee paves the way for another one to be saved.
